Jason, Scott and the Shirley South Conservatives are hard at work for you. We make sure our residents voices are heard in the Town Hall, and make sure they feel represented. Whether it's planning, roads or anything else please contact us.

Jason and Scott hold their surgery on the first Saturday of the month (except January and August) in Shirley Library from 10:00 to 11:00am.

I have received the following from Thames Water:

'I am emailing to let you know about a burst water pipe on A21 Bromley Common, BR2 9RJ that may be impacting water supplies in the Shirley North and Shirley South ward.

Our surgery session will be going ahead today as usual. I will be outside the (closed) Shirley Library from 10am to 11am for anyone to come along. All social distancing and hygiene measures in place as ever.

The issuing of a section 114 notice is thankfully a very rare event. The issuing of multiple section 114 notices one after another is essentially unprecedented. The position Croydon Council is in today can justifiably be described as the worst ever to reach this stage.
