Cabinet Member for Streets and Environment

Living in Croydon all of my life has instilled a strong sense of passion for Croydon and its future. I have always been active in many of the local campaigns and projects, growing up in an area which prides itself on its Community spirit, and the ability to show a united front against issues that are important to the local residents. I would like the whole of Croydon to have the same sense of Pride in their community, and strive as a Councillor to expand this to all areas of Croydon.

As Cabinet Member for Streets and Environment, I have taken great pride helping keep our streets clean, graffiti free, Parks well kept and managed, whilst restoring the previously broken relationships with our fantastic community groups for parks and green spaces across the borough!

The  restoration of the enforcement team is an example of the council not continuing to let others put our borough down by blighting the streets with litter, flytipping etc.

Together with Conservative leadership of Executive Mayor Perry, our journey of restoration in Croydon has only just begun, lots still to do!
