Visiting Purley selfie

I visited Purley today with Cabinet Member Councillor Scott Roche and Council Officers talking to Purley BID. We are working our way slowly around the borough district centres seeing how a concentrated clean-up can raise the standard of our town centres. Norbury was first and Thornton Heath next, but I hope we can start to make small improvements in Selsdon using the learnings from these activities.
