xmas stall

Congratulations to Purley BID (Business Improvement District) for organising yesterday's Purley Christmas fair at the site of the proposed Purley Pool redevelopment. There were about 15 stall selling a variety of Christmas goods, and street food, face painting for kids, and a succession of musical items.
Despite the bitterly cold weather, there was a good turnout, including at the Conservative stall where we met lots of residents, and dealt with a wide range of issues. The photo shows Cllrs Dwesar & Brew, and Simon Cripps & Catherine Garrad of the Purley BID.
