With Councillor Joseph Lee at the Lighthouse in Monks Hill talking to residents and Mears staff to ensure residents get a good service from our housing repairs contractor. Mears are the Council's housing repairs contractor for the area which includes Monks Hill, New Addington and Shrublands. Wates are the contractor for repairs in the rest of Croydon. The plumbing contractor for all Council properties are K&T. Housing Association tenants are the responsibility of the Housing Association, not the Council.
