Fly-tipping

Today I had a meeting with officers to discuss the functionality of the app, how it can be improved from both the backdoor access, and user experience.

There are a number of subtle differences which as a user of the app, may notice soon. Two way communication has been switched on with any report submitted via the app. Previously this was not consistent, with residents not always being informed of the current status, or in some cases accurate status updates.

Generally I have received more positive feedback on the effectiveness of the app, and that credit goes to our hard working officers, who are working behind the scenes to make the necessary changes required.

We still have a long way to go, but we will get there eventually.

If you have any issues with the app, or can present some case studies I can use as an example of the issues raised, please forward them on to me at: [email protected]
