The Council's Network Management Officer has sent out the following notification:

To facilitate an  immediate repair to Low Voltage single service cable affecting customers supply UKPN  have installed two way temporary signals on Old Lodge Lane between its junctions with Burcott Road and  Bencombe Road. To minimise the effect on traffic flows I requested that the signals are  manually controlled between  07.30 to 09.30 and 14.30 to 18.30. The works are expected to be completed by 7th March.

Today is the one year anniversary of my election as the first ever Executive Mayor of Croydon.

I will always be grateful for the support that Croydon's voters gave me in that election. I have never taken this support for granted.
