This evening Mayor Perry, Cabinet Member for business Cllr Jeet Bains and myself attended the Crystal Palace business Christmas event.

As a local myself, I was very pleased to attend, and I was happy to see how passionate and thriving they are for a local highstreet. Crystal Palace highstreet is mostly independent businesses, and we need to ensure they get all the support they need to survive.

I attended the Sanderstead Recreation Ground Litter Pick with my ward colleague Cllr Helen Redfern.  We have seen a marked difference in the amount of litter dropped in the park which is good to note.
