Nikhil Sherine Thampi

Nikhil Sherine Thampi has always enjoyed getting stuck in to his local community, being a member of East Coulsdon Residents Association, and the former Chairman of Cane Hill Park Residents Association.
He earned his Master's Degree in Advanced Software Engineering from the University of Leicester in 2010, and is currently working as IT Configurations Manager for South West London and St. George’s Mental Health NHS Trust in Tooting. Nikhil lives with his wife Nivea and daughter Joann in Coulsdon. He plays tennis league for Reedham Park tennis club. He is a local church member in Old Coulsdon, attends local events, campaigns on issues such as planning, and is passionate about the area. He can't wait to get started as your local Councillor, and urges residents to back the Conservatives in May 2022 in order to restore financial security to the borough.

Bradmore Green Library has had to close today Tuesday 14th February due to exceptional level of staff sickness. All is being done by the library service to ensure the Library is open on Friday as usual.

Saturday Jan  21st 10am-12noon  sees the return of the working party to The Glade, Old Coulsdon clearing the perimeter fence of overgrown vegetation and unfortunately fly tipping.

Deep Pothole on Coulsdon Road

The deep pothole on Coulsdon Rd opposite the junction with Homefield Rd has been reported to the Council and I have received an acknowledgement today it is being chased to make safe.

Christmas Tree collections

There is no need to DUMP Christmas Trees on Grange Park or anywhere else as they will be collected them from your property week beginning 9th January if left at pavement edge to your property.

Old Coulsdon Remembrance Sunday

Cllr Nikhil Sherine Thampi laid a wreath  on behalf of the Civic Mayor of Croydon, and Cllr Margaret Bird laid a wreath on behalf of Old Coulsdon Councillors, at the Old Coulsdon Memorial today following the Remembrance Services held in St Johns Church and the Congregational Church, Old Coulsdon.

Dumped vehicles
