Croydon’s Labour council is threatening to close Shirley library.
It is vital that residents make their views known. One of the ways they can do this is to attend an online consultation “webinar” on 23rd February 18.45 – 19.45.
Important points to make might include:
- The role the library plays in building community
- How the library supports young people without access to books and learning technology at home
- How regularly you and your family use it
