Rebecca Natrajan is a senior lecturer teaching business studies for postgraduate and undergraduate business studies students. She has lived in Croydon for the past 10 years and currently resides in the Woodside area. Her voluntary work includes Homework club advisor, employability skills advisor and also supported students who wants to start their own business. She is also a part of conservative BAME group to celebrate the diversity of borough. She is more passionate to bring economic and social changes in the community.

Des is a passionate believer in helping the most vulnerable in our society access the same opportunities as everybody else. It's been sad to watch as Adult Social Care packages in Croydon have been cut by as much as 25%, and this is something Des wishes to campaign on.
