It was great to meet with Jill Finch at the Story Sanctuary and see how it is developing. It is now a hive of activity. I had the chance to talk to a number of volunteers who are clearing the very overgrown boundary and I helped out with some of the weed clearance. We also managed to give the lawn a fresh cut. It all looked particularly beautiful in the spring sunshine.
