Purley & Woodcote - New planning applications update

We wanted to give a brief planning update to you all as there are new applications, which may be of interest.

11 Northwood Avenue - 25/02997/FUL - Demolition of existing bungalow, alterations to include alterations to land levels, erection of a three storey building (with accommodation within the roof) consisting 7 self-contained flats with private and communal amenity space, provision of a lift at front and rear, formation of vehicular accesses and provision of 4 parking spaces and associated cycle and refuse stores. Simon will be referring this application

14 Woodcote Valley Road -  25/03199/FUL - Alterations, conversion of existing dwellinghouse to form 1x studio, 2x 1-bedroom, 1 x 2-bedroom and 3x three-bedroom self-contained flats, erection of two storey side extension and part two/single store rear extension with roof terraces, 2x dormer extensions in front roof slope, and provision of 5x rooflights, associated parking, landscaping including excavation, retaining walls, and external steps, and cycle and refuse storage. Samir will be referring this application.
