We’re very concerned about the impact that this application will have on trees and biodiversity given its proximity to the protected Spinney site. Samir will be referring this application.
- 93 Woodcote Valley Road - 25/01031/FUL - Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of two-storey with habitable roofspace building comprising 6 residential units with external bin and bike stores, parking and associated landscaping. Samir will be referring this application.
- 70 Higher Drive - 25/01231/FUL - Conversion of existing 6-bedroom, 6-person small HMO (Use Class C4) into 7-bedroom, 7-person large HMO (Use Class Sui Generis). We will be objecting to this application.
- 38B Russell Hill - 24/03922/FUL - Erection of a detached two storey house with accommodation within the roof space at rear with associated parking, bike and refuse stores. Samir has objected to this application on the grounds of insufficient detail provided.
