Purley & Woodcote - New planning applications update

We wanted to give a brief planning update to you all as there are several new applications, which may be of interest.

New applications

  • 24 Church Hill – 25/01095/FUL -  Alterations and extensions to the existing building to provide 5 flats consisting of 1 x 1 bed flat; 2 x 2 bed flats and 2 x 3 bed flats together with associated parking and landscaping. Samir will be referring this application
     
  • 6 Purley Rise -  25/00986/FUL - Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of a 3 storey building to provide 8 self-contained flats with associated parking, amenity space and landscaping. Holly will be referring this application.
     
  • 38 Brighton Road - 25/00756/FUL- Alterations, erection of single/two storey side and single storey rear extension and Change to Use from Dwellinghouse (C3 use) to 9 bedroom (9 person) HMO (sui generis) which includes the detached annexe at rear including associated parking, bin and cycle storage facilities. Samir will be referring this application.
