- 31 Pampisford Road - 24/02340/FUL - Erection of a 2-storey, 4-bed dwellinghouse on land to the rear of 31 Pampisford Road with associated cycle and refuse storage facilities and hard and soft landscaping.
- 38 Smitham Bottom Lane - 24/01498/FUL - Demolition of former Care Home building (C2 use) and erection of a two storey building with accommodation in the roof space to provide 9 private residential apartments (C3 use) with associated refuse and cycle stores, landscaping, vehicular access and car parking.
