Purley & Woodcote - New planning applications update

We wanted to give a brief planning update to you all as there are several new applications, which may be of interest.

New applications

  • 26 Foxley Lane -  24/01194/FUL - Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of four storey building to provide 9 residential units, with associated landscaped areas including parking, vehicular access, cycle and refuse storage. Excavation to front of the site to form parking area.
  • 38 Brighton Road -  24/02018/FUL - Alterations, erection of two storey side and single storey rear extension and Change to Use from Dwellinghouse (C3 use) to 10 bedroom (13 person) HMO (sui generis).
  • 31 Pampisford Road - 24/02340/FUL - Erection of a 2-storey, 4-bed dwellinghouse on land to the rear of 31 Pampisford Road with associated cycle and refuse storage facilities and hard and soft landscaping.
  • 38 Smitham Bottom Lane -  24/01498/FUL - Demolition of former Care Home building (C2 use) and erection of a two storey building with accommodation in the roof space to provide 9 private residential apartments (C3 use) with associated refuse and cycle stores, landscaping, vehicular access and car parking.

I attended the Sanderstead Recreation Ground Litter Pick with my ward colleague Cllr Helen Redfern.  We have seen a marked difference in the amount of litter dropped in the park which is good to note.
