Do come and join the work party

SATURDAY MAY 17TH 2025

WORK PARTY NOTICE 10AM TO 1PM

 Location: Purley Beeches (Green Room)

Tasks:

Finish clearing the paddock area off Purley Oaks Road.

Cut back new growth of brambles/nettles in previously cleared and planted areas.

Peg logs that are edging the main drive path.

Clear fallen timber back to the bonfire site.

Safety: We will be using sharp tools, so please wear appropriate clothing  - gloves and sturdy footwear.

Don’t forget your Elevenses. Please do come and help.

A reminder that the very popular Dog Skurry will take place the following day, Sunday afternoon of the 18th. The weather forecast is looking good so make sure the day is bookmarked in your diary. Dogs will be classed as small, medium and large, the stewards decision is final. You can enter your dog as many times as you like at £1 a go. Prices will be awarded for the fastest dogs.
