We wanted to alert local residents to a new application for a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) on 14 Sunnydene Road, which we object to strongly and Simon will be referring.

Details of Application: Change of use from a single family dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a 5 bedroom 5 person House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) (Use Class C4). Alterations include provision of cycle and refuse storage.
We are concerned that an HMO on Sunnydene Road would be considerably out of character in a location that almost exclusively consists of family homes. We are also concerned about the lack of parking proposed and about insufficient waste storage.
