The new outdoor gym equipment at Higher Drive Recreation Ground has now been installed and is ready to use!

Residents are warmly invited to join us on Saturday 27 June at 2pm, when Executive Mayor Jason Perry will officially open the new facility. Gayle and I will also be there to speak with residents about any local issues, concerns or ideas.

Come along to try out the equipment and hear more about plans to make outdoor spaces across Kenley and Croydon more engaging, welcoming and enjoyable for residents of all ages.

The installation forms part of Mayor Perry's commitment to improving neighbourhoods across the borough through a £1 million capital investment programme, delivering upgrades to 16 parks and the installation of 16 outdoor gyms across Croydon.

Kenley has already benefited significantly from this investment, with improvements completed at both Bourne Park and Higher Drive Recreation Ground. These enhancements are helping to create better spaces for children to play, families to spend time together, and residents of all ages to enjoy being active outdoors.

We look forward to seeing you there.
