Visit to the SES roadshow in Kenley

Last week I popped in the SES Water roadshow at Kenley Memorial Hall to find out more about water saving tips, the education programme, the priority services register, discounts and the support available for people on a low income. It was useful to meet again with the team and suggest working again with the Purley Food Stop.

The Priority Services Register (PSR) is free to join. It helps utility companies, including energy suppliers, electricity, gas and water networks like us to look after customers who have extra communication, access or safety needs. It helps us tailor our services to support households who need extra help with everyday energy matters like bills, and also if there is a gas or water supply interruption.

For example, for people on the PSR, bottled water was delivered to them during the massive water leak in Hayes Lane back in April 2023.

  • To register to be on the PSR, see https://www.thepsr.co.uk/
  • And for the SES Water register, see https://www.seswater.co.uk/priority

You are eligible for free PSR services if you:
