Have your say on the future of pharmacy services in Kenley and Croydon

Croydon Council is asking residents to take part in a new survey to help shape the future of pharmacy services across the borough—including here in Kenley.

Pharmacies are a vital part of our healthcare system, providing advice, repeat prescriptions, vaccinations, and support for minor illnesses. Whether you use them regularly or only occasionally, your feedback will help ensure services meet the needs of local people.

The survey is open until 25 May 2025 and your views will directly inform Croydon’s Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), which helps plan where and how pharmacy services are provided.

This is your chance to highlight what works well, what could be improved, and whether access to services in Kenley is meeting local demand.
