It was a privilege to attend the StepLive event at the prestigious Cadogan Hall yesterday evening and to see the outstanding performances from young people across London and Essex.
I was especially proud to support Harris Invictus, Woodcote High School and Riddlesdown Collegiate. With three of the 20 participating schools coming from Croydon, our borough truly punched above its weight.
Their performances showcased the creativity, talent and dedication of our young people. They were fantastic ambassadors for Croydon. Congratulations to all the students, teachers and organisers for a memorable evening celebrating the power of the performing arts.
