Purley in Bloom

We are absolutely delighted to hear that Purley in Bloom has been awarded a GOLD Award for the second year running, as well as It's Your Neigbourhood, Lovel 4 'Thriving Awards' for the Friends of Rotary Field and Friends of Purley Cross at the London in Bloom 2025 Awards.

Having witnessed the judging for the London in Bloom competition, I know this was a tough competition, with Purley up against many other BIDs across London. This is such a fantastic achievement and as local councillors, we're so proud of the Purley BID and Purley in Bloom teams for this.

Purley in Bloom work so hard so make Purley a more inviting place. They are out every Saturday and show so much dedication to our town. Thank you!

They've now been invited to the Britain in Bloom Awards later this month, where they'll be competing nationally against other BIDs.

If you would like to join the Purley in Bloom team, please contact [email protected]. It is a very friendly, welcoming group of like-minded people who want to improve the environment in Purley, meet new people and have fun, whether you have gardening experience or are looking to learn more.

More details can be found in the Purley BID’s press release here.
