I and Cllr Bird were pleased to meet with Gareth and Suzanne and other members of the team at Change Grow Live. CGL delivers an integrated service in Croydon for Adults and Young People. The Adults service is based at: Lantern Hall, 190 Church Road and has satellite locations. Opening times are: 10am-5pm Mon-Tues, Thurs - Fri, Weds 12-5pm. Evenings and Saturday are by appointment only.. The Young People’s Service is based in schools and satellite locations across the borough. Specialist Teams and pathways: The service is delivered according to the following specialist pathways: ▪ Alcohol ▪ Non-Opiate (cannabis, cocaine, ketamine, GHB) ▪ Opiate (street heroin, illicit opioid medication) ▪ Criminal Justice ▪ Rough Sleepers & Housing Team ▪ Young People Under 25s Service.
I also had the opportunity to speak to service users who were now leading a very different life due to the support they were receiving.
