It was a real pleasure to attend the Croydon Youth Awards 2026 and celebrate the incredible young people who make our borough what it is.
With over 90,000 young people living in Croydon, it’s so important that we take the time to recognise their talent, leadership and positive impact on our communities.
What made the evening even more special was that it was led by the Croydon College Student Executive Team. It was inspiring to hear of the courage, leadership and achievements of all the young people.
Congratulations to every nominee and winner, and a huge well done to the Student Executive Team at Croydon College and the amazing charities, businesses, teachers, statutory partners and parents who made the evening incredible.
It was a brilliant reminder that when we invest in young people, they thrive and succeed.
