I was pleased to meet up with Catherine Gunnerwicht from Cancer Research UK at the Croydon Clocktower. Early diagnosis is so important and this campaign in Croydon to help residents better understand changes in their body was supported by a number of important leaflets. Smoking and obesity are two of the main contributors to cancer. It is important that we try to live healthy lives. For the first time I have joined a gym and whilst not overly energetic there are a number of classes suited to all ages that I am able to join. During the summer months I did try to swim a little bit. It all helps. If you notice changes in your body or you have concerns it is always best to consult your GP.
