Road Resurfacing in Selsdon

There will be some essential resurfacing works in Addington Road from its junction with Selsdon Crescent to outside number 105.
All these works will be carried out at night between the hours of 21:00-05:00 (all noisy works will take place before 12 midnight). Works will commence on Monday 31st March and will finish on Monday 7th April (weekdays only). There will be a series of multi-way signals, road closures and pedestrian diversions.
Monday 31st March - Farley Road will be closed from its junction with Foxearth Road (access maintained to its junction with Addington Rd).
Diverted Traffic: Ballards way, Coombe lane, Gravel Hill & Selsdon Park Road.
Tuesday the 1st April Old Farleigh Road will be closed.
Diversion For NB Traffic: Left Fork of Old Farleigh Rd, Addington Rd, Sanderstead roundabout, Addington Rd.
Diversion for SB Traffic: Sandpiper Road, Nightingale Road, Kingfisher Gardens, Goldfinch Road, Peacock Gardens, Linton Glade, Pixton Way & Selsdon Park Road.
Selsdon Parade will be closed Monday 31st, Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd.
The rest of the works will be carried out under a series of signals.
Residents in the directly affected areas and local businesses and have been contacted and will be formally notified by way of letter drop..
Also, buses 64, 412, T33 will be diverted, so look out for suspended bus stops. For details on each day the TFL website will provide details.
I hope that these works won’t be too disruptive, especially for those who live in the affected roads, but I am sure everyone will appreciate the improved road surface once the works are completed.
