Local Health Users Survey

Public Health England’s Local Health tool (www.localhealth.org.uk<http://www.localhealth.org.uk/>) was developed in response to requests for information similar to Health Profiles, presented at the level of electoral wards, so if you want to complete it, information would be collated for Selsdon and Ballrards. It has been used in many parts of England to support health and wellbeing processes (including Joint Strategic Needs Assessments). Now the Health Profiles Team needs your advice on how to improve the Local Health tool over the next year, so it can be as helpful as possible for planning health improvement.
Please could you complete our online survey by 27th October to tell us which parts of Local Health are useful and how they can be improved further? We also need your views on whether the content is presented clearly and how we could make Local Health easier to use.
The survey can be found on the following link:
The results of this survey will be reported to the Health Profiles Project Board and used to plan developments to Local Health for implementation in Summer 2015.
Many thanks for your help.
