What will we do if elected?

  • Ensure that the last few pounds of Waitrose community funding are spent, as promised, on trees and benches in the Rec
  • Press hard for the restoration of a tree management budget so that our street trees can be pruned
  • Object to inappropriate back garden developments
  • Continue to vigorously defend the Sanderstead area against developments which threaten our Green Belt and open spaces
  • Listen to residents and take your views into account via regular In Touch consultations
  • Work actively with local bodies such as the Police, Residents’ Associations and the Neighbourhood Partnership
